This patient is a landlord from Taunsa. He came to Dr Syed Muzahir Hussain- ENT Specialist Lahore with a complaint of difficulty sleeping due to an inability to breathe properly. On detailed examination and history, it was found that the patient’s nose was quite badly broken as a result of injury sustained in childhood. His septorhinoplasty was arranged. The patient was operated successfully and now has no problem sleeping. In addition to this, his nose now looks more aesthetically pleasing.
