Dr Syed Muzahir Hussain successfully performed rhinoplasty on this this young female without any complications. She get into habit of nose picking after accidental death of her father, which resulted in gradual worsening blocked nose and external deformity of the shape of the nose.  Her mother was very concerned about the aesthetics of her nose and she was not able to breath properly. On examination, she had a large hole in her nasal septum (the cartilage dividing the nostrils). Dr Syed Muzahir Hussain performed this case whilst working as an ENT Specialist in Jinnah Hospital Lahore and the patient was not charged for his services. The patient and her family were extremely happy with the results.
