This patient was a student from Sargodha when he came to Jinnah Hospital, Lahore for his ENT consultation. He had a history of surgery of the nose in childhood which had caused his nasal bridge to flatten. Revision surgeries are particularly challenging as important guides for the ENT surgeon called surgical landmarks are often distorted during the initial surgery. Dr Syed Muzahir Hussain however was undeterred and proceeded with the surgery.

Despite the extreme level of difficulty, Dr Syed Muzahir Hussain successfully performed septorhinoplasty with outstanding results free of charge.
