This patient was an 18 year old student from Bahawalpur who had four previous unsuccessful surgeries in Bahawalpur and Multan to remove his nasal dermoid. The nasal dermoid had a long tract extending close to the floor of the skull. Removal of nasal dermoid is a highly specialized ENT surgery known by very few ENT Specialists in Lahore. Dr Syed Muzahir Hussain has operated numerous nasal dermoids successfully and this patient’s case was no different. The patient was able to finally rid himself of the ugly lump after visiting Dr Muzahir.
