This patient, a 16 year old resident of Changa Manga, came to Dr Syed Muzahir Hussain after having an unsuccessful surgery to remove her nasal dermoid elsewhere. On examination, Dr Syed Muzahir Hussain- ENT Specialist Lahore noticed that the nose was extensively destroyed due to the expansion of this lesion. The nasal dermoid was successfully removed and the nasal deformity left after removal was corrected to improve the shape of those. The patient was extremely satisfied with the outstanding results.
