This young male came with a presenting complaint of a lump on the nose that he had to squeeze on a daily basis to remove/prevent collection of debris. He was very upset as the swelling was making social situations very difficult for him and affecting his professional progression. A diagnosis of nasal dermoid with sinus was made which was excised. Rhinoplasty techniques were used to prevent a dip in the nose. The patient did not suffer from any complications or scarring. He was able to make tremendous strides in his career after his operation as well.
