This patient was a Matric student when he came to visit Dr Syed Muzahir Hussain- ENT Specialist Lahore in Jinnah Hospital, Lahore. His nose was severely deviated to one side, leading to difficulty in breathing and repeated infection of the nose and sinuses. This was also affecting his studies and quality of life. His septorhinoplasty was planned. Alhamdullilah, his nasal septum was straightened and he no longer has any difficulty breathing or infections of his nose or sinuses.
